Are you trying to access a LawStack subscription purchased previously, but on a new device?


Refresh the Subscription View In-App


In the LawStack mobile app, navigating to the Settings tab > then Subscriptions. There will be a refresh button in the upper right.

Is the Subscription View showing expired when you have previously purchased?


You may need to sign in to access your account details.


1) If you have a LawStack account, then you may simply sign in-app (via Settings > Account). Once signed in, refresh the Subscription view.


2) If you do not have a LawStack account and purchased via in-app purchase (and did not enter your email when you did), you may try verifying your original iTunes receipt in the app.


I am signed in to my LawStack account, but my subscription isn't showing up


In some cases, you may be signed in in the app and your subscription is not showing up. In these cases, it is possible that you may have renewed on a different device that is not associated with your account. If you sign in on a device with a valid subscription (where you may have renewed), your valid subscription will sync with your LawStack account.
