Sometimes group managers have trouble logging in a member to the group. But there is an easy way to hop your members on board. That is through the Device ID.
The device ID is a unique number that helps us identify the user's device. If you have trouble, send us their device ID and we will manually login the member's device from our server.
Here's how you do it.
1.) Go to the LawStack Settings> About, where you can find the Device ID and tap it to copy-paste.
2.) Then paste it (by holding the screen for few secs) via email and you may send it to us at support@lawstack.com. Once received, we will take care of the login.
