In some cases, it may be useful to send in diagnostic info to LawStack Support so we can help you out. This page outlines how to do so.


1) Navigate up to the home page of the app, so the tab bar navigation becomes visible. An example is shown here:

2) Select the Settings tab and then select Troubleshooting.

3) Select Email Diagnostic Info.

4) Send the email template that pops up.
