You can create multiple bookmarks/highlight folder and name it by following these steps:

1.) Go to Bookmarks/highlights menu at the bottom:

2. Then go to "Edit" at the bottom:

3.) Then select "New Folder".

4.) Tap "Bookmarks" then start typing the name you prefer by replacing it.

5.) Press "Back" to save it.
